Walking across an incline, always projects lots of side pressure on your socket/residual limb, as the prosthetic foot has no “sideway” movement, and therefore tilts your prosthesis to the side.
Here we fitted and demonstrate the TRITON SIDE FLEX from Otto Bock, which provides excellent side movement, and therefore relieves a lot of socket counter pressure and gives a flat foot surface while walking across an in/decline.
This is so good to see and Werner, our amputee experienced it as amazing, and with a lot less stress on his socket.
