Jackie underwent a below-knee amputation after many health challenges. Like many new amputees, she is experiencing natural volume changes in her limb, and we are working with her through the test-socket phase to ensure the best possible fit and long-term comfort.
What makes Jackie truly remarkable is not only her determination but also her kindness, positivity, and gratitude. Despite the challenges, she continues to smile, remain thankful, and embrace each step of her journey.
Thanks to her positive spirit and our ongoing teamwork, Jackie is now walking on her prosthetic leg every day from morning until evening, a huge milestone at this stage of rehabilitation.
