Hannes Kotze

I stand in absolute awe and amazement. Hannes Kotze is 70, years old, received a Below Knee Amputation 3 months ago, and today we manufactured him a Below Knee Prosthesis with Össur’s Balance S Foot, Cushion Liner and we used the Direct socket system. We fitted the prosthesis and I still wanted to explain how to walk with crutches, and Hannes just started walking. I have very rarely experienced this, maybe in very young amputees, but this has been the greatest surprise in a long time. It feels so good to experience this and I feel so happy for him! Very well done Hannes and please pull up the handbrake!
