Diana, a 72-year-old diabetic, has been an amputee for four years and has not walked in the last year due to her condition.
At Deist and Associates, we recently manufactured a left partial foot prosthesis and a right below-knee prosthesis for her.
While she faces a long rehabilitation process due to her weakened state, today marked an incredible moment: Diana took her first few steps with her new prosthetics!
Her strength and determination are truly inspiring, and we look forward to supporting her on this journey to improved mobility.
